Return Policy

Standard Items (no customization or personalization):

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at whimsymcv@gmail.com stating your order number and item that you would like to return and the reason for return.   We will then supply instructions on where to return your package. The item does need to be received within 10 days of receiving your instructions for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not received in resellable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Damaged or Defective

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email us at whimsymcv@gmail.com stating your order number and item that you would like to return, the reason for return and if possible, pictures of the damaged/defective item.   We will then supply instructions on next steps.

Custom or Personalized Items:

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.  If your item is received damaged or defective, we will replace it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know when the refund was issued and if it was subjected to the restocking fee.  Refunds will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
